Extracellular Vesicles

WHAT ARE EXTRACELLULAR VESICLES?
Extracellular Vesicles consist of exosomes and microvesicles, which are released directly from the cell membrane. EV’s have an endosomal origin and are released by many different cell types participating in different physiological and or pathological processes. Depending on their origin, they can alter the fate of recipient cells according to the information transferred.

Primarily EV’s mediate cell–cell communication and are involved in many processes, including immune signaling, angiogenesis, stress response, senescence, proliferation, and cell differentiation. EV’s are involved in restoring tissue and organ damage, and may partially explain the paracrine effects observed in stem cell-based therapeutic approaches.

Peak Regeneration carries four EV products. Organicell’s FactorX, Organicell’s Gold and Platinum, and APEX Biologix’s newest product, PPX.

FactorX (Aesthetic use only) – 250 Billion EV’s / 2 cc vial
Gold – 400 Billion EV’s / 1 cc vial
Platinum – 700 Billion EV’s / 1 cc vial
PPX (Autologous homologous product) – 450 Billion EV’s / 1 cc vial
